Data controller
Studio Razzia, a French simplified joint-stock company whose registration is in progress (see the legal notice). For any question about your data: studiorazzia@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Through the “Send a script” form: your name, your email address, your company if you give it, the purpose of your request, the type and genre of the project, your script or synopsis file, your message, whether you want a non-disclosure agreement, and the language of the page.
- Through our exchanges: the content of your emails and of the documents you send us.
- During your visit: technical connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type), logged by our host to run and protect the site.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request, study your project and prepare the Dossier and the quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To perform, follow up and invoice your order: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the site secure and working: Studio Razzia’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not pass it on to anyone. We never sign you up to a newsletter without your consent.
Who has access
- Studio Razzia’s producers. Only they read your script; on request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before reading it.
- Our technical providers, acting on our behalf and on our instructions: the host of the site and of the form (Netlify, Inc.) and our email service.
- Our production tools, including artificial intelligence services: when you order the Dossier or a film, your script is processed there solely to make your project.
- Public authorities, only where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Our host and our email service are companies based in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023.
When a production tool based outside the European Union is used, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Requests that go no further: your contact details and our exchanges are kept for three years after our last contact, then deleted; your script file is deleted twelve months after our last exchange.
- Clients: for the whole contractual relationship, then five years as evidence; invoices and accounting records for ten years, as required by law.
- Connection data: kept by the host for a limited period for security purposes, within the limits set by law.
Your rights
You may at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, ask for its portability and give instructions on what happens to it after your death.
Write to us at studiorazzia@gmail.com. We reply within one month. If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Files sent through the form are stored by the host and can only be accessed by the studio’s producers.
Changes
This policy may change, in particular when the company is registered. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
