The budget

A studio action film often costs more than 50 million euros. Your 90-minute feature at Razzia: 300,000 euros, all included, that is 6 squares out of 1,000, 0.6% of that budget.

Inside the studio

The Razzia factory.

A film comes in on the top floor and works its way down to the screening room. On every floor, its AI agents. At every step, the producers’ sign-off. In the basement, the machines that power it all.

Management

Two producers in charge. They choose the films, set the price of each one and sign off six times along the way: nothing costly goes ahead without their approval.

The preparation workshop: small red robots draw storyboards, a rack of costumes, and a model of a manor topped by its wireframe twin

3rd floor

Preparation

The script becomes a film on paper. The agents break down every shot, keep the bible of characters, sets and costumes, and build the sets in 3D before shooting.

For each shot, the operator picks the best AI engine on the market. The script supervisor checks every frame (faces, continuity, lips) and the repair desk fixes a shot without redoing it. The pilot scene locks quality and cost before the whole film is launched.

On screen

Kung-Fu Town, scene 11, shot 10. Three seconds and thirty hundredths: an old master, a tattooed brute, one palm strike.

The layers

Just like on a real set, the shot is built in layers. Each one is written, then signed off before the next.

The set

The Shanghai Surprise restaurant, wrecked in the previous shot. Built once, empty, and reused identically in every shot of the scene.

The characters

Lee and Wang each have their own sheet: front, profile, three-quarter, full body. A face, a topknot, a tattoo never change from one shot to the next.

The movement

The choreography is written to the hundredth of a second, like a staged fight: hook, block, palm strike, slow-motion flight, impact.

The shot

Everything comes back together. A single take, checked frame by frame before it reaches the edit.

The films

Already on screen.

A thriller, an action western, an animated series. Three projects shot by the studio, three genres European cinema rarely dares at this price.

Producers at the helm.

Thirty years of filmmaking on one side, ten years of production on the other, and a tool we built ourselves. We write, direct and sell films; our production method, at the cutting edge of AI, makes them a hundred times cheaper.

Writer · Producer

Jérôme L'Hotsky

Writer of Case départ, Le Gendre de ma vie, Opération Portugal and Grégoire Moulin contre l'humanité. Director of Fool Moon. Producer of BAC+12 and On aurait dû aller en Grèce, sold to Netflix.

Producer · Technology

Jean-Philippe Fraiseau

AI specialist. He founded Monkyshot, an advertising agency, and has produced many projects as an executive producer: web series, including Warz, broadcast on TF1 group channels, and short films, including Chateau Kindberg. He built the studio's method, its software and its production agent.

The awkward questions

Straight answers.

Can you tell it was made with AI?

Judge for yourself, on your own film: nothing costly starts before you have seen images of your story, first the Scout trailer, then the pilot scene, made first. Behind that, every character, set and lighting setup is fixed before production, every shot is checked by the producers, and the film is graded and mixed like a studio picture. The films on this site were made this way.

What if I don't like the result?

There are no surprises at the end: you sign off each stage before the next one starts. The budget, then the characters, sets and style. Then the animatic, where every shot in the breakdown already exists as an image, cut to the music. Then the pilot scene, made first, and finally the edit. Nothing is made without your go-ahead, and one round of notes at every stage is included in the price. The film you receive is the one you approved, shot by shot, whether it is a trailer, a short, a series or a feature.

How long does it take?

Five working days for the Dossier, fifteen days for a trailer, five weeks for a short or a 26-minute pilot, two to three months for a feature, from script to master. The studio is built like a factory: the agents work continuously, the producers sign off at every floor, and several films move forward at once without waiting for each other. The only timing that does not depend on us is how quickly you sign off.

Why a price per minute?

Because our cost is production time. On a long project, characters, sets and lighting serve more scenes: the average rate per minute goes down, across the whole film. That is why a minute of a feature costs almost three times less than a minute of a trailer.

Are there any extra costs?

No. The price quoted is the price you pay: visual development, characters, sets, production, editing, music, sound mix, grading and master. Only VAT is added.

Is the quote free?

The first answer is: within 48 hours, from your synopsis, we tell you whether we will make the film and in what price range. The firm quote comes with the Dossier, your film's complete production dossier: €990 excl. VAT up to 10 minutes, €1,990 excl. VAT up to 52 minutes, €3,900 excl. VAT for a feature or a season. It is fully deducted if you go ahead within three months, or six months for a feature or a season.

Who owns the film?

You do. The exploitation rights are assigned to you on delivery. With the co-production option, we share the revenue under an agreement signed before production.

Is my script protected?

Your script is read by the producers only. Tick the box in the form and we sign a non-disclosure agreement before reading it. The characters, sets and images created for your film belong to you along with it: they are never used for another project.

What about actors?

When a project uses a real actor's voice or face, that actor is hired and paid, with their written consent.
